• Mother's assessment and wellbeing: physical recovery, pelvic floor, nutrition and emotional health. At home: review of c-section/episiotomy, uterine involution and blood pressure.
• Newborn wellbeing: safe sleep, crying, cord care, bathing, vaccination. At home: weighing and physical exam.
• Support through family transformation and adaptation to new routines.

The first weeks after birth are intense. In this consultation we review your physical recovery, pelvic floor, scarring, breastfeeding, rest and emotional wellbeing. We also observe the baby and their adaptation.
